About the Program

The dual study program in Industrial Engineering offers a unique combination of technical and business expertise. Starting from the first winter semester, students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience directly in a partner company. The first two semesters focus on foundational subjects (modules), with each module contributing to the goal of earning 210 credit points. From the second semester onwards, students participate in integration modules that allow them to gain valuable experience in their company. In consultation with supervisors from both the company and university, students select modules that best prepare them for their future role. From the fourth semester, students can choose from a wide range of elective modules most relevant to their career in the company, allowing for individualized and targeted study. The program concludes with a bachelor's thesis written at the student's company. After 7 semesters, graduates are well-prepared for their roles in the company with a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
