About the Program

The International Business and Emerging Markets program focuses on emerging markets and provides solid knowledge in all relevant areas of business administration. Students learn about implementation of cultural ways of thinking and acting in multinational companies, economic geography and economic policy of emerging markets (especially BRIC countries: Brazil, Russia, India, PR China), market research, international marketing, and legal particularities in emerging markets. The program offers language specializations in Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian in addition to English. The curriculum includes traditional business modules such as marketing, controlling and human resources management, along with country analysis modules focusing on global economy issues. The program includes an internship semester and international exchange opportunities.
