About the Program

Corporate sustainability and responsibility are becoming more and more important in the healthcare industry due to the increasing ecological, economic and social challenges of our time. The establishment of sustainable management is particularly essential in the healthcare sector, as it has a high energy demand and resource consumption. The programme aims to train managers who can develop solutions that are economically efficient, environmentally conscious and resource-saving, as well as socially responsible. Students learn to understand the healthcare industry, critically question existing structures, and identify and develop innovative solutions. The course includes a practical semester or semester abroad, and a project module with healthcare facilities in the region. Course content covers Business Administration, Health Care, Sustainability Management, Environmental and Sustainability Policy, Nursing Science, Therapy Sciences and Medicine, Law, and Scientific Work.
