Increasing consumption of resources, climate change, the steady loss of biodiversity, opportunity and income inequalities, and unhealthy working conditions - companies face these and many other challenges while simultaneously attempting to secure their long-term economic future. Catching-up processes in developing and emerging countries and a steadily growing world population are intensifying the urgent need for a sustainable economic system. The bachelor's study program provides a high-quality education in business administration that is oriented towards the demands of a sustainable economic system and different interests. The curriculum includes basic principles of economics as well as topics from the social sciences, natural sciences, and engineering. Aside from a methodological and business administrative foundation, you will learn about the economic framework conditions necessary for the sustainable management of a company. Furthermore, you will have an opportunity to further your knowledge in ecological, normative, and technical fields of sustainability.
