About the Program

The Bachelor's program in International Management qualifies students for demanding positions in internationally oriented companies. Possible areas of employment include trade, industry, consulting, finance, and technology. The program not only provides a professional qualification but also enables access to national and international Master's programs. The focus of the study is on acquiring a solid foundation in business administration knowledge, promoting intercultural and foreign language skills, and the practical application of scientific methods. Graduates are prepared to analyze business issues in areas such as marketing, finance, human resources, or strategy, develop solutions, and successfully implement them in international contexts. Special emphasis is placed on the ability to work on specialized topics confidently in English and a second foreign language, as well as on key competencies such as problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, teamwork, and presentation techniques. An integrated stay abroad - in the form of a semester at a partner university and/or an internship abroad - strengthens intercultural and foreign language skills and promotes personal development. Due to its practical orientation, graduates are prepared to master economic, ecological, and social challenges in business practice and to assume responsibility in international leadership positions.
