About the Program

Graduates are able to understand how the property and real estate business relates to the economic and social context, and they can properly evaluate and actively use the functioning of the property and real estate markets. Building on a basic business education, students are trained to assess construction and real estate as well as make real estate evaluations and investment decisions. For this, they need special training in structural engineering and building services. In addition, cognitive and social skills are conveyed as interdisciplinary qualifications. These enable students to recognize problems specific to the industry and find solutions with social competence and leadership skills. The program prepares graduates for work in national and international real estate companies, in public real estate administration, project development, or other areas in the real estate industry. Successful graduates can work in large corporations or in mid-sized and small companies, banks, insurance companies, public administration, and consulting firms. The program is also suited as preparation for freelance work.
