Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)

About the Program

International Business & Culture is a unique Bachelor's program that innovatively combines business, culture, and communication. The program offers many design options for your course of study and provides practical insights. Students expand their professional horizons through an exciting semester abroad including an international internship. The program's unique feature is the deliberate omission of traditional mathematics and statistics subjects, focusing instead on topics that emphasize sustainable business goals, social responsibility, and personal responsibility. Students develop versatile skills to succeed in tomorrow's international business world, shaping their path to an internationally oriented and fulfilling career. The first three semesters provide solid knowledge in business administration (finance, marketing, personnel), supplemented by internationally oriented modules. Interdisciplinary courses and the 'Purpose' module encourage thinking outside the box, while continuous English courses prepare for the completely English-language fourth semester and subsequent study semester abroad. The highlight comes from the fifth semester with a semester abroad and a practical phase, which can also be completed abroad if desired. The final semester can be completed entirely digitally if needed.
