About the Program

The International Business Administration program offers a comprehensive education with a strong focus on global aspects of management. The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills in the context of foreign language and intercultural challenges. Students gain a solid understanding of business and economics fundamentals as well as the political, legal, and economic framework of the international environment. The program includes courses on key qualifications such as communication behavior, dealing with cultural differences, and data analysis and presentation. An obligatory international year is included, during which all courses are taught in English. This international year takes place in a multinational environment: either at a university abroad or in Frankfurt with international fellow students. There is also the opportunity to complete the practical and elective modules (Summer University, International Sustainability Project) abroad. The program is structured in three stages: Foundations (first four semesters), International Year (3rd and 4th semesters), and Advanced Studies (5th to 7th semesters). In the advanced studies, students choose two specialization areas from options including Corporate Tax, Controlling, Finance, Leadership, Marketing, Production Management and Logistics, and Auditing.
