Intercultural Business Studies Bachelor

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)

About the Program

In addition to fundamental business administration theories and instruments, the Intercultural Business Studies (B.Sc.) bachelor program provides you with the capability for global thinking and action. While a first component of the program introduces the content of business studies with a particular reference to international business activity, a second component serves for the acquisition of intercultural competencies and linguistic qualifications, taking into account the ever increasing international presence and networking of companies and other institutions. Major topics include well-founded knowledge of cultural spaces, either from an ethnological, geographical, historical-scientific or art history perspective, with opportunity to place particular cultural and economic focus on "Industrialized Countries" and "Emerging Markets." Successful completion qualifies you for work with international and intercultural relevance in the private economy, in the fields of industry, trade and services, as well as in the public economy and with associations.
