About the Program

The Bachelor's degree course in Electrical Engineering and Management is an interdisciplinary course of study for the acquisition of broad basic knowledge and subject-related, professionally qualifying specializations in electrical engineering and economics. The aim of the degree program is to train industrial engineers who work at the interface between electrical engineering and business administration and have the technical, business and social skills required for a responsible position as an engineer and/or future manager. The course has a standard duration of seven semesters. In the first three semesters, students learn the fundamentals of electrical engineering, business administration and mathematics and natural sciences. In the subsequent in-depth studies (4th to 6th semester), students acquire a critical understanding of the most important theories, principles and methods of industrial engineering and electrical engineering as well as in-depth knowledge in various areas. The Bachelor's thesis and the project in the seventh semester conclude the course.
