About the Program

The Certified Service Business Manager is a comprehensive certificate course designed for management and junior executives in service organizations. The course comprises five program parts: Service Management Compact, Business Development, Operational Excellence, Service in Transition, and the final Real Life Project. Participants develop practical know-how across a wide range of topics including service marketing, sales, operations, controlling, process management, legal issues, leadership, and partner management. The course features a balanced mix of theory and practice with about ten speakers who are predominantly active managers and experienced service consultants. Participants complete a service concept, three Business Projects, and a final Real Life Project that directly applies to their company, providing a return on investment. Upon successful completion, participants receive certification as a "Certified Service Business Manager (ISS)".
