Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)

About the Program

As one of the largest and fastest growing economic sectors, the logistics sector is competitive both on a pan-European basis as well as globally. Germany is one of the most important exporters in the world and is increasingly reliant on professional logistics service providers as an economic factor. Success is increasingly defined by international activities at different value creation stages. The cooperative BA/International Logistics and Transportation Bachelor's degree programme provides students with a qualification in an international field of activity with growth potential. The course is completed almost entirely in English. Thanks to a balanced combination of theoretical and practical elements, students will acquire a basic knowledge of business administration, an understanding of specific factual links, English language skills, industry-based knowledge and the ability to shape, manage and assess logistics processes in an international environment. The accompanying language course offerings and opportunity to experience a semester abroad round off the range of qualifications.
