About the Program

The Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration provides graduates with solid specialist skills in a business context, as well as professionally relevant personal and social skills. Students acquire knowledge and skills to work successfully in interdisciplinary contexts and team formations. The program consists of basic studies (first five semesters) covering business administration-relevant areas such as general business administration, accounting, marketing, finance, law, business mathematics and IT, followed by advanced studies with specialization options in the 6th and 7th semesters. Specializations include Management consultancy, Data Engineering, and Software Development. The final semester focuses on leadership, communication, and empirical research methods, culminating in a Bachelor thesis. A semester abroad is optional and supported by TH Wildau's network of partner institutions. The part-time business studies program usually takes place on 12 Saturdays and one block week per semester.
