Business Administration

Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)

Hochschule Schmalkalden Location: Schmalkalden

About the Program

On a daily basis we come across a variety of products: consumer goods like food and drinks, durables like cars, or services like a visit at the hairdresser's. But it is not just the products that ensure the manufacturer's success. The study programme Business Administration examines all the other areas that contribute to success. In the course of study, we will look at several questions regarding business management, e.g.: What kinds of products does the consumer demand (market research)? Where and how do I make purchases for my business in an appropriate and cost-effective manner? How do I guarantee optimal production of my product (production)? How do I sell my product (marketing)? How do I find the right employees (human resources)?
