About the Program

The BA (Hons) Business Management (HRM) (Top-Up) is designed for students who have already completed a HND in business or an equivalent qualification. This course focuses on bringing traditional human resource management practices into the modern era through six carefully selected modules covering high performance teams, talent management, rewarding performance, business transformation, and other key areas essential for workplace success. The course has been developed with input from world-leading organizations and researchers to expose students to the latest developments in human resources, people, and culture. Students will gain a wider understanding of HR functions, operations, and technologies while developing personal and professional attributes through skills-related modules. The course includes business simulation software that allows students to manage a virtual business and practice making critical decisions in a safe environment.
