How do you update your uni-assist account (My assist)?
uni-assist's account is now called "My assist": you correct your personal details yourself in the account area and upload new documents in the same portal. A change in your details does not require a new application form.
What you can do in My assist
- Create and manage applications, track their status
- Upload documents, submit TestAS results
- Pay the handling fee (after submitting online)
- Contact uni-assist
- Evaluation results and the VPD arrive in "My inbox".
Updating documents
- According to uni-assist's FAQ, files must be PDFs of up to 10 MB each.
- Once a document has been processed you cannot delete it; upload a newer version, which is used when your documents are processed again.
- Missing documents must be uploaded before the university's application deadline. Re-processing usually takes 4–6 weeks.
Fees at a glance
75 € for the first course in a semester, 30 € for each additional course in the same semester; charged regardless of the result.
Tracking status
uni-assist does not grant admission; the status in your account only reflects the evaluation, and the university decides on admission.
