Can you do an Ausbildung instead of a Studienkolleg?
A Studienkolleg is a preparatory college that gets you ready for university studies in Germany. An Ausbildung (vocational training), however, is a different path entirely, and it usually requires a work visa instead of a student visa. For an Ausbildung, there might be additional conditions, such as a labor market test, and strong German language proficiency is absolutely critical. It's important to research the specific visa types and requirements to figure out which path is right for you.
