  1. Information Centers — Istanbul office (near Galatasaray University). Free counseling.
  1. Certificate programs, summer schools, language courses.

Critical for scholarship application:
- Academic excellence (GPA ≥75/100 or 2.5/4.0)
- Strong motivation letter
