The yDiv Graduate School is the graduate school and postdoc programme of the German Centre for Integrative Biodiversity Research (iDiv) Halle-Jena-Leipzig with more than 300 researchers from around 30 nations. The yDiv Graduate School trains doctoral researchers in integrative biodiversity research and offers a broad range of qualification and support services like workshops, coaching, mentoring and networking events. The goal is to offer excellent conditions and support to PhDs working on their projects as well on their careers in or outside academia.
