About the Program

The Business Psychology degree program provides students with business, psychology and methodology knowledge in theory and practice. The program focuses on the role of the 'human factor' in enabling companies to operate successfully in a digital economy, how interdisciplinary teams work together efficiently in a modern working world, which leadership and motivational methods create sustainable success, and how artificial intelligence assists people in taking decisions. Students choose a specialization area in either 'Digital Economy and Human-Resources Management' or 'Marketing and Market Research'. The program includes a practical semester (95 days in a company in Germany or abroad) and an optional semester abroad at a partner university. Students who complete three English-language courses, prepare their Bachelor's thesis in English, and complete both their semester abroad and practical semester abroad receive the additional qualification 'International Business Psychology'.
