The Master's program in Industrial Engineering qualifies graduates to fill the increasingly important interface between technology and business at a high level. By deepening scientific-methodological and professional knowledge in essential disciplines of industrial engineering, the foundation is laid for a wide range of professional employment opportunities wherever interdisciplinary technical-economic integration tasks need to be solved in and between business sub-disciplines from marketing/sales to logistics, materials management/purchasing, manufacturing/production, development, controlling, accounting, and organization and IT. The aim of the study program is to deepen technical-economic professional, methodological, and social competence, which enables independent application of methods and responsible action in the professional fields of 'Technical Sales' or 'Production and Logistics'.
