About the Program
The Master's programme 'Business Management (BM)' at the Hochschule Bremen builds on prior Bachelor or Diplom programmes in business administration. It deviates from the usual function orientation of business administration and features a life-cycle-related and cross-functional teaching concept. After deepening knowledge from previous bachelor's studies and expanding communication and research skills, the programme deals with central aspects of the corporate life cycle in three specialisations: company foundation, financing and restructuring. In the first two semesters, students deepen knowledge in six core modules: Presentation and Communication, Corporate Governance, Business Analysis, Scientific Research Methods, Globalisation and Capital Markets, and Strategic Marketing. From the second semester onwards, students participate in three core specialisations: Entrepreneurship and Business Development, Corporate Finance and Financial Services, and Corporate Restructuring and Corporate Recovery.
