About the Program
In the Master's degree course in Vocational Education in Health, students deepen their knowledge of vocational education and specialist science and are qualified to teach the subject of health at different types of schools. The course builds on the Bachelor's degree course in Vocational Education in Health at Fulda University of Applied Sciences and takes place in cooperation with the latter. In addition to the "classic" variant, which opens the door to the second phase of teacher training (the traineeship) and concludes with a Master of Education, there is also the option of taking on the second subject of nursing from the Bachelor's degree and obtaining a Master of Arts at the end of the course. Depending on the degree, different professional fields open up after graduation, ranging from work at vocational schools in the healthcare sector to technical secondary or grammar school courses with a focus on healthcare.
