This study program will prepare you for the field of vocational and continuing education, as well as human resources development. The innovative teaching formats give you in-depth insight into the exciting field of vocational education, human resources development and the related diagnostic, evaluation, and research methods. In this study program you will deal with topics related to the field of vocational education and human resources development. You will design and organize teaching and learning processes that serve employees in digitized learning and working environments, e.g. innovative continuing education courses for company managers, or the diagnosis and advancement of vocational training processes, with the help of digital methods and tools.
