Professional translation has undergone some serious changes in recent decades. This is expressed not only in the target-oriented use of different MT and CAT tools, but also in the increasingly diverse forms of translation jobs and processes. The Master's degree programme in Translation is non-consecutive in terms of content and has a strong practical focus. Students acquire technological, intercultural and service competence in addition to traditional language and translation competence. The program offers specializations in Interpreting, Technical translation, Media translation, English, and Russian.
