Modern traffic systems are the lifelines of our mobile world. In the Traffic Systems Engineering course, you will learn how to develop traffic concepts and traffic systems, design and measure traffic facilities, and organize transport and traffic processes operationally. Road and rail traffic are dealt with in depth. The course is characterized by a practical semester and a mobility semester where you can take electives or visit another university. The course concludes after eight semesters with the academic degree Diplom-Ingenieur/in (FH). The program offers two profiles/focus areas: traffic logistics and traffic engineering und traffic installations.
