About the Program

The Diploma program in Textile Design is an independent and demanding artistic-design study program that is divided into basic and main studies, including an internship and diploma thesis. The offered (interdisciplinary) formats range from design projects with thematic focuses on material, technique or context, project-accompanying seminars with structural content, the acquisition of textile construction and finishing techniques, courses for specific software, workshops for special techniques and tools, discussion rounds, joint practice sessions and cooperation projects with industry and research institutes, to exhibitions, publications and symposia that are conceived and realized together.
