About the Program

This course explores the concept of gardens in urban settings, questioning whether they are retreats into idyllic spaces or forward-looking utopias. Students will discuss, sketch, design, and build a series of creative garden installations somewhere in Kiel. The course includes reading Hartmut Rosa's book 'Unverfügbarkeit' as a resonance space.
