TechnoPhysics is a joint degree program of the Departments of Physics and Mechanical and Process Engineering in Kaiserslautern. The Bachelor's program in TechnoPhysics aims to teach you theoretical and practical fundamentals of modern physics and engineering sciences and to introduce you to current research in these disciplines with its research-oriented profile. It offers you the opportunity to understand the fundamentals in detail and in university depth while maintaining a strong application focus. This is the right course for you if pure physics seems too abstract to you, but pure mechanical engineering doesn't go deep enough. The program includes seminars where you can apply what you've learned in small projects and present your results. In the final third of your studies, you'll acquire knowledge in measurement and control technology, as well as set individual accents in the form of technical/physical electives. Practical courses on all topics support your education. The project work prepares you for the completion of your studies with the bachelor thesis.
