Sustainable Power Systems and Electromobility

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)

About the Program

How do we achieve climate neutrality by 2045? What will sustainable energy systems and mobility of the future look like? We can only make progress in the development of energy systems and electromobility—involving photovoltaics, wind energy, batteries, hydrogen electrolysers and fuel cells—by thinking beyond the boundaries of individual disciplines. In the degree programme Sustainable Power Systems and Electromobility, you will learn the necessary basics of physics, chemistry, electrical engineering and other engineering sciences. In addition to individual technologies at a component level, you will also learn about cross-sector system modelling and holistic technology assessment. The degree programme covers topics such as electrical power engineering, renewable energies, electromobility, hydrogen, sustainability, and integrated energy.
