About the Program

The 4-semester Master's study programme is aimed at graduates with a first academic degree who want to gain a higher qualification through supplementary studies. In this work-integrated two-year study programme, students learn how to link the content and methods of education for sustainable development (ESD) with current topics and aspects of early childhood education through innovative network management. Students learn to initiate and co-design participation processes and become qualified for leadership roles in middle and higher management. In addition to an academic, research-oriented foundation, the Master's study programme has a strong relation to practice through the integrated mentoring programme (MENPRO). Students learn in a fixed group with a maximum of 25 students.
