About the Program

The Master's program in Superdiversity in Education, Organisations and Society focuses on how contemporary societies are characterized by interdependent forms of diversity. It examines socially constructed categories of difference, the complex interplay of diversity in educational contexts, and how organizations can analyze, manage, and harness the potential and challenges of (super)diversity. The program offers three specialization paths: Diversity in education (Study Path 1: Educational Perspectives), Diversity in organizations (Study Path 2: Organizational Perspectives), and Social scientific perspectives on diversity (Study Path 3: Social Scientific Perspectives). As part of the European university alliance UNIC, the program offers international, interdisciplinary and intersectional perspectives on diversity with a focus on transformation towards more inclusive settings in education, organizations and society. Studying abroad is mandatory and can be done in the 2nd to 4th semester.
