About the Program

Socioeconomics is an interdisciplinary Master's degree program which offers a rare opportunity to study a combination of subjects related to business and social science. The program focuses on conveying empirical, methodological and theoretical knowledge for conceptual and advisory tasks in industry, research and administration. Students explore the interrelations between economy, society, and the individual, studying topics in sociology, psychology, business administration, economics, and communication studies. Special emphasis is placed on the collection, analysis, and interpretation of empirical data during the program. Students can specialize in one of four focus areas: Education, Work, and Human Resources; Market and Media Research; Sustainability; or Data Science.
