About the Program

The dual study programme in social law (Bachelor of Laws, LL.B.) imparts legal, social and economic competences for a broad field of activity in the areas of social law as well as migration law and migration law counselling. From the winter semester 2025/26, both training courses for social lawyers and migration lawyers can be studied in dual form. A dual study programme means working in the field while studying. The programme lasts seven semesters, including four semesters of university studies, one work placement semester, and two semesters of specialisation with a thesis module. The programme combines theory and practice, with theoretical phases at Fulda University alternating with practical phases at placement partners.
