About the Program

Simulation Technology using computers makes it possible to find answers to questions safely, dependably, and economically that cannot be obtained using conventional experiments. The program covers applications extending from advances in medicine to the development of prototypes in vehicle manufacturing to planning flows to optimization of new environmental technologies. The foundation for simulations is a broad basic background in mathematics, engineering sciences, computer science and natural sciences. From the third semester on, with the help of a personal mentor, an individualized lesson plan is devised that combines subjects that reflect the student's own interests.
