About the Program

The Russistik program provides fundamental and in-depth academic and linguistic competencies, skills, and knowledge in dealing with exemplary subjects from the history and present of Russian language, literature, and culture, active and passive text competence, and scientific expressiveness. The program qualifies graduates, in combination with a second partial course of study, for professional fields in culture, science, politics, and economics, e.g., publishing, media, educational and cultural institutions, public relations, and personnel development. It is also possible to complete a Master's degree in a related field.
