With a robotics degree, you will be fit in mechatronics AND computer science: you will ensure digitalisation and networking, smooth and reproducible processes in the automotive industry, for example. In medical technology, sensitive microelectronic systems are used as an extension of surgeons or to support carers in their daily work with people. Robotics engineers are employed in companies in various sectors: these include mechanical and vehicle engineering, the aerospace industry, the microelectronics and electrical industries. They are also needed in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries and by manufacturers of control systems.
