About the Program

This study programme deals with the combination of business, technology and law in relation to real estate. The contents of the sub-disciplines consist of three fields: Business (International real estate valuation and consulting, management, real estate finance and investments, international real estate markets, controlling and international accounting), Technology (Construction calculation and controlling, Green Building), and Law (Legal issues in real estate project development and real estate portfolio management). Students also decide on one area of specialisation: real estate valuation, real estate project development, real estate portfolio and risk management or real estate corporate finance. The programme features a high degree of interdisciplinarity and internationality, strong practical relevance and intensive supervision. It is accredited by the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
