About the Program

REM + CPM is a part-time Master's program that combines real estate management and construction project management. The program equips students with a broad spectrum of knowledge that allows them to work across all lifecycle phases of buildings and real estate. Students learn from more than 80 renowned lecturers and benefit from the know-how of a large network in the construction and real estate industry. The curriculum includes both technical and commercial competencies, as well as real estate management and corporate management. The program strengthens methodological and social skills for better leadership of employees and teams. Topics include digitalization with BIM, LCM and AI, building in existing structures, and sustainable and energy-efficient construction. Students receive a study tablet PC and work with modern methods in small teams on semester-long case studies developing real estate projects. The program includes two international modules to prepare graduates for global careers.
