About the Program
This program offers Qualification 1 and 2 for leadership positions in police service (Laufbahngruppe 2) in the state of Bremen. Qualification 1 provides application-oriented knowledge and methods required for lower-level leadership roles in police service. Participants learn to work in a problem-oriented, interdisciplinary manner while considering societal issues. The program develops personal, social, and professional competencies and concludes with an examination. Qualification 2 focuses on middle-level leadership roles with similar structure and goals. Both qualifications are divided into four module areas: 1) Planning, Control and Organization, 2) Behavior and Leadership, 3) Communication and Cooperation, and 4) Examination Module.
