About the Program

The Bachelor's program 'Public Management' prepares students for senior and leadership positions in municipal and state administration. The study program is characterized by a close integration with practice and combines legal, economic, social and municipal sciences. After a six-month introductory internship, there is a three-semester basic study period. This is followed by a 14-month practical phase where previously learned knowledge can be applied. The program concludes with a Bachelor's thesis, and in the subsequent specialization semester, students have the opportunity to choose a specialization from the areas of Organization/Personnel/Information Processing, Regulatory Administration, Service Administration, Economics and Finance, or Municipal Politics/Leadership in the Public Sector.
