About the Program

Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences has been offering the 'Prevention and Employability' continuing education programme since 2017. In 2023/24, it was fundamentally revised and a new cooperation partner was found in the form of the IHK Bonn/Rhein-Sieg gGmbH continuing education organisation. The new further training course will start on 27 January 2025 as a 'Prevention Consultant (IHK)' certificate course. It takes place alongside work and concludes with a certificate from the Bonn/Rhein-Sieg Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences (H-BRS). The course is aimed at people who would like to offer counselling in the area of safe and healthy workplaces and are looking for a professionally and methodologically sound qualification opportunity.
