About the Program

The Pre College program at the International Music Academy Rubinstein (IMAR) offers comprehensive music education for children and young people who are passionate about music. The program features highly motivated professors and lecturers with extensive pedagogical experience who provide intensive lessons and support students with their first steps on the concert platform, participation in youth competitions, and preparation for possible music studies. Students have opportunities to perform at Academy concerts or public concerts organized by the Academy or its sponsoring association. The education is holistic, covering technical aspects of music-making while also promoting artistic sensitivity and stage presence. Two examinations are held each year: an intermediate examination in June and a technical examination in January.
