About the Program

The B.Sc. Physik degree programme consists of an orientation subject area, a mandatory subject area (Elementary and Theoretical Physics, Mathematics, Laboratories), and an elective subject area. Until the end of the second semester, at least one module of the mandatory must have been successfully completed. With the Bachelor of Science degree, students acquire a first degree qualifying them for a profession. However, at the Technical University of Darmstadt the Master of Science is the standard degree. Therefore it is recommended that students complete a Master's programme.
