The Master of Media Research is designed for those who prefer to ask rather than just know. It serves as a springboard to a future in research and development. The main focus of the Master's programme is to impart knowledge and skills that enable creative, innovative and scientifically sound solutions to be developed for the challenges of science, society, culture and business. It is a cross-faculty Master's programme supported by the research lighthouses and institutes of the HdM. The program creates an environment for explorative thinking, methodological depth and interdisciplinary approaches. Over three semesters, students explore an individual topic in depth with the aim of developing new perspectives, making research visible and providing impetus for media, technology and society.
