As a math teacher, you have the unique opportunity to inspire students, develop their logical thinking, and prepare them for a successful future. The program covers linear algebra, analysis, stochastics, geometry, number theory and, for grammar school teachers, applied mathematics, algebra and function theory. The program also includes methods for teaching and learning math in the subject didactics of mathematics. In addition to the study of one or two teaching subjects, teaching degree programs include study in education science and subject didactics as well as completion of placements at schools.
