Then this Master's programme may be what you are looking for to start your international career. You lead companies to success with a vision for current global trends and innovations as well as with an excellent instinct for mutually beneficial intercultural cooperation. With this MA degree, you will have the best job prospects both on the German and international job market. You will learn everything you need to know to succeed in a management position in an international setting. During three semesters (full-time 90 ECTS), you will expand your knowledge to a new level and complete your academic studies with your Master's thesis. We offer you a broadly diversified programme that features courses on international management, international human resources management, international marketing, law and trade relations besides intercultural cooperation and communication. In addition to the compulsory courses, you can choose between numerous elective specialisations according to your personal preferences such as on organisational behaviour, sustainability, digitalisation and AI. We care about supporting you in developing your intercultural competences throughout this programme. We offer different international educational opportunities ranging from a study semester abroad to international internships or short-term international programmes such as the "Global Master School" with partner universities from Finland and the USA. The entire programme is taught in English, and you will be ideally prepared for working in an international setting.
