About the Program

The Master in Management is aimed at Bachelor graduates who have the goal of taking on management roles in companies. The profile of this Master's program is its interdisciplinarity. Students are given the opportunity to develop new perspectives on aspects of entrepreneurial activity (e.g. in the areas of governance, customer approach, innovation, controlling) through various academic approaches. The program is supplemented by modules that promote students' leadership skills and by certificate courses that teach practical skills relating to current challenges (e.g. diversity management, digital transformation). The course is structured with study days from Thursday to Saturday so that students can work in companies at the same time.

The objective of the Master's program "Management" is to acquire the qualification building on the Bachelor's degree for competent, ethically reflected assumption of responsibility especially in unfamiliar, ambiguous, conflicting and complex leadership and decision-making situations in companies and non-profit organizations. Successful graduates are able to connect their generalist management knowledge and skills with their chosen specializations, develop ideas independently, communicate, implement and ensure their acceptance, thereby shaping and changing their assigned area of responsibility (and beyond that, the entire organization and its environment).
