About the Program

The interdisciplinary Master's degree program 'Management, Leadership, Innovation (MLI)' is aimed at graduates of any Bachelor's degree programs who have international experience and are interested in the topics of innovation management, technology management, corporate management and entrepreneurship. It focuses on the increasing importance of innovation in intercultural and digital contexts and creates innovation-led skills development for interdisciplinary, changing fields of activity. The program offers opportunities to found and drive forward your own startup while studying, and prepares graduates for careers in startups, innovation management in international companies, research institutions, universities, and colleges. The program emphasizes practical relevance with lectures and seminars focusing on practical knowledge, real-world examples, and collaborations with national and global organizations. The fourth semester includes practice project studies involving real-world problems from businesses, providing hands-on networking opportunities for capstone projects and future employment prospects.
