About the Program

The Master's program prepares students for management tasks in fields of work within communities (education, social services or health) with a municipal, private or church character. The program imparts comprehensive transdisciplinary knowledge and competences in these fields. Students can choose from three study foci: Health/Social Management (qualification for management activities in health and social service institutions), Childhood Education (qualification to advise and develop institutions), and Flight and Migration (qualification for migratory and integration-related management activities). The program aims to strengthen diversity within fields of work and enable graduates to take on qualified management positions.

The Master's program prepares students for management tasks in fields of work within communities (education, social services or health) with a municipal, private or church character. The program imparts comprehensive transdisciplinary knowledge and competences in these fields. Application Requirements

* Gerekli minimum derece: Sosyal bilimler, beşeri bilimler, sağlık veya beşeri bilimler disiplininde veya erken çocukluk eğitiminde, genellikle 210 ECTS kredili, mesleki yeterlilik sağlayan bir üniversite derecesi. İktisat bölümü mezunları da başvurabilir.
* Ek gereksinimler: 6 dönemlik (180 ECTS) bir dereceye sahip başvuru sahipleri, eksik ECTS kredi puanlarını diğer yeterlilik başarıları aracılığıyla veya Master tezinin kabulüne kadar sağlamalıdır.
